HBC Features Two Model Homes at the Parade of Homes

Homebuilders and prospective buyers alike are gearing up for this year’s Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes, September 28 – October 13.

Celebrating its 66th anniversary, the Fall Parade of Homes—presented by the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Kansas City (HBA) and sponsored by Stewart Title—features 269 homes constructed by 78 Kansas City metropolitan area builders – the largest number since 2008. In each, prospective homebuyers can peruse the latest in home design, construction, technology and more.

New home communities featured on the Parade straddle both sides of the state line, encompassing single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes and villas in eight counties and 24 school districts. Prices range from $192,500-$1.2 million. Parade hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and admission is free.
