Homebuilders and prospective buyers alike are gearing up for this year’s Kansas City Fall Parade of Homes, September 28 – October 13.
HBC is pleased to have model home entries in two of the metropolitan area’s most beautiful communities—Copperleaf and Woodneath Farm—both in Liberty, MO.

The community itself provides access to a community pool, city park, and a walking trail.
Our second Fall Parade entry also garnered an award. It is the Greystone II model, nestled in the community of Woodneath Farm (Entry #193) at 9304 N. Farley. This two-story, four-bedroom, 3-1/2 bathroom, three-car garage home features an inviting breakfast nook, formal dining room, and a beautiful covered deck.Community amenities include access to a community pool, a one-acre lake, tennis courts, a golf course and a walking trail, plus city parks and an elementary school within the development.
Showcasing the Best in Kansas City Homebuilding
Celebrating its 66th anniversary, the Fall Parade of Homes—presented by the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Kansas City (HBA) and sponsored by Stewart Title—features 269 homes constructed by 78 Kansas City metropolitan area builders – the largest number since 2008. In each, prospective homebuyers can peruse the latest in home design, construction, technology and more.
New home communities featured on the Parade straddle both sides of the state line, encompassing single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes and villas in eight counties and 24 school districts. Prices range from $192,500-$1.2 million. Parade hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and admission is free.
Event information and an online Parade search are available at KCParadeOfHomes.com, including My Mobile Tour, a new tool for 2013 designed specifically for smartphones that also works well on mobile tablets. Search homes, save featured homes in a “My Tour” list, request driving directions from your current location, and much more.
Free Parade Guides listing addresses and information for every model home on the Parade are also available at the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City office at 600 E. 103rd St., Kansas City near Interstate 435 and Holmes.
In addition to her role as Co-Owner and Operator of HBC Construction, Chris is also Vice President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City.
