The Art of Building the Man Cave
The shuffle board area.
The pool table.
The bar with TV.
The movie theater area with TV and surround sound.
Custom builder Chris Ragland knows a thing or two about building man caves, even though she is the premiere female home builder in Kansas City. The best thing about a Homes by Chris man cave is that it always comes with intelligent design to make the space inviting and functional. With careful attention to detail, a lower level space becomes one which will be useful for years and years to come.
In this luxury home in the Manderley subdivision in Kansas City, the Beckleys’ lower level became one which smartly utilized the available space. The homeowners built their bar and basement knowing a pool will be installed during the summer of 2018, so tile flooring went in the entire entertaining area, as well as their pool drop zone area, which is full of towel hooks and a bench for changing. In a space just off the tiled ‘party zone,’ a movie theater room was built, equipped with a TV and elaborate speaker system. What a perfect place it will be to unwind after a full day of swimming and entertaining friends!
Owner of Homes by Chris, Chris Ragland, found this article about the perfect ‘man cave’ details, and she just knew it was something which would resonate with HBC fans:
